Had a lovely stay, particularly enjoying the beautiful pools and the sauna, which was a great way to relax! Definitely recommend trying the local seafood at dinner, but the breakfast setup could use a bit of a refresh. Overall, a fantastic experience with only minor room for improvement.

Family friendly and very cute
The rooms are huge, really spacious and come with a great balcony where we enjoyed the sunsets together. Staff went above and beyond, like bringing us fresh smoothies at the pool, couldn't believe it, they even remembered our kids’ favorite drinks!
It wasn't cheap but honestly worth every penny.

Location is fantastic, just a quick stroll to the beach. The entertainment in the evenings includes fun live music and engaging games. Unfortunately, the food quality at the buffet needs improvement. breakfast items were often lukewarm and lacked flavor. Room cleaning could be a bit more thorough too.

The rooftop bar offers stunning views that perfectly complement a relaxing evening. The spa facilities provide top-notch professional treatments, making it a worthwhile experience after a long day of exploring.
The hotel itself could really use some TLC—issues like uncomfortable mattresses and humidity affecting linoleum floors were noticeable. The ground-floor rooms face communal areas, leading to excessive noise from breakfast and the whirlpool. Underwhelming room service added to the frustration. coffee pads and water bottles were often left untouched. Frequent power cuts meant the lifts were out intermittently, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying ice back from the poolside bar. The small jacuzzi on the balcony was hardly more than a toy for kids, leaving limited space for sunbathing. Some areas, like the restaurant, had water leaking from the ceiling during rain, giving off a maintenance vibe far below the expected five-star standard.

Unexpected challenges, but great staff
Waking up to the sound of waves was dreamy. The attentive staff made our stay special, especially the wonderful breakfast service that catered to our family’s needs.
However, we struggled with the uncomfortable sofa bed for our child, and the pool towel policy was frustrating, especially when managing little ones.

I just returned from a week at this wonderful spot! The private rooftop infinity pool and luxurious breakfast buffet were highlights, especially the fresh honeycomb and delicious pastries. The hotel offers a great location near El Duque beach and a fantastic pool experience. However, the coffee pods were too few, and the towels felt inadequate for a luxury stay. Overall, a relaxing trip but with a few areas needing improvement.
